Keystone Pipeline Expected to Raise Price of Oil

moneyAccording to the Globe and Mail, filling the Keystone I pipeline is expected to take three months and raise the price of heavy crude oil.┬áThe nine million barrels required to keep the pipeline full will be “lost” to the market until the pipeline is eventually shut off and abandoned.
