Landowners Want a Fair Shake from TransCanada

It hasn’t received a lot of press coverage, but landowners in South Dakota, Nebraska, and Montana are working together to get better treatment if the proposed Keystone XL pipeline crosses their land.

This letter sent to the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission last November has additional details.

As the letter says,
“The members of Protect South Dakota Resources are not opposed to the pipeline. We need conditions to help negotiate a fair deal.”
