How Much Should TransCanada Pay for Damaged Roads?

Marshall County, SD and TransCanada still have not come to an agreement about the costs of repairing the Marshall County roads that were damaged during construction of TransCanada’s Keystone pipeline in 2009. According to this Marshall County Journal article, the County has asked for $1,037,760, and TransCanada only wants to pay $713,000.
